Egg omelet made with some of the leftover ham and fresh veggies, potato cakes and coffee. I love to be creative with leftovers.

This morning, I am keeping it light, so I had coffee and a piece of buttered toast.

Scrambled up some eggs and that was just for starts,
Fried ground up meat made from lean hog parts.
Black coffee, grits, catheads, jam and sweet cow butter,
Taste so dad burn good, I'll just have me a nutter!

Cereal today; so I had Honey Bunches of Oats and good hot black coffee.

I just ate breakfast, so this will serve as lunch, too. I had pancakes, bacon, and delicious Vermont maple syrup.

I got to eat breakfast out (my favorite meal out). Cagney's is one of my favorite restaurants, and I always leave happy. Of course, I had my usual bacon, eggs, grits, toast and jelly, and coffee.

O,D,D, you made me want cornflakes, and I must say, good with that hot cup of decaf coffee!

This morning I feel like a old lowdown sneak
I ate flakes of corn by Kelloggs of Battle Creek.
And I think all who read about this should know,
I would have been better off eating flakes of snow!

I'm thinking now about what to fix for my lunch
And it won't be something that'll go crunch crunch.
My wife said them flakes would taste much better,
If I would add a little milk and make them wetter.

Tenderloin biscuit ,black coffee and peach preserves with a dab of butter.
