There is nothing misleading about my post. I can't predict the value of a stock at closing.
You said, "Trump owns 78 million shares of Trump Media & Technology Group."
This is what's misleading. He doesn't own any shares yet, because they just voted today to merge.
Further, it's interesting that they approved this merger in 2021, but "has been been delayed amid multiple lawsuits, as well as a Securities and Exchange Commission probe - which Digital World settled for $18 million last July." They've already pushed it off twice, and it doesn't look like they've announced an official date for this third attempt.

This is misleading. They just voted today to merge Truth Social with Digital World Acquisition, so it WILL go public later.
After the announcement, DWAC stock dropped from $48.01 to $36.44...
If you're paying attention, though, this move is really just a way to let foreign countries funnel money to Trump. Now they can simply buy stock to falsely inflate the value, giving him millions (or billions) without a paper trail.

Last I heard Trump was charged with 91 of them.

Right, now what crime was that? When you have no victim, no loss, and all involved were happy without a trial, it is hard to say a crime was judged

What difference does it make how much money a criminal has?

The parent company of Truth Social. They are trading at $44 per share. Making his stake in the company worth between $3-$4 billion dollars. Y'all think he can't pay his bills. That's laughable.
