This is sophomorish...
He is, clearly, saying, there are certain rules which require common sense, not legislation!
Talk about taking something out of context!

I voted for him. He is still capable of making inopportune statements. Better his statement than thirty thousand pages of government regulation about where the sign is to be placed, what other languages must be included and a legion of inspectors to ensure compliance.

Oh, where is Batman when you need him to opine on this important matter. We need his imperial wisdom to help us determine which side to take on this. OMG, which side do I take?

Wasn't Thom an IT tech for a legal firm before becoming a kochsucker? Do you think he really knows how to make a crossover cable?

Those signs are about as useful as Braille elevator buttons. Clean people wash their hands because they are clean people. Nasty people ignore common sense and posted signs because they are nasty people. If you've eaten in a public restaurant you've eaten bugs and human waste and dirt and entrails and all sorts of bad stuff. If you've carefully washed your hands and then taken the handle of the rest room door to open it, you've touched someone else's poo who didn't wash their hands. You tracked their urine back across the restaurant floor on your shoes. You have eaten the cook's dandruff.
I don't like it one bit, but it is real. The signs didn't help.

I would a **** of a lot more the sign be there than not. Your standards are a **** of a lot lower than mine. And it was Mr. Tillis that equated the sign with Government over reach, not me. Like minds think alike.

Do you think that the government invented hygiene or that people wash their hands because of that little sign in the bathroom?
Any visit to any restaurant is a major gamble.
The 2005 film, Waiting, might well have been a documentary.

He thinks that employers requiring employees to wash hands after doing their business is Government intrusion.
As long as the employee is required to ask, " Do you want human whiz or feces with those fries?" Oh, does he not make us all North Carolinians proud? If you did not vote for him, don't you wish you had?

Tillis is a prime example of "stupid is as stupid does". Will anyone admit voting for him now?
