butler, you just don't understand GOP fiscal responsibility. Give all the tax breaks to the already excessively wealthy and it will trickle down. Remember how well that worked during Rotten Ronnies administration?

Well said bulter, that is the biggest problem we are facing. While I didn't approve of the corporate cut I did and do applaud the raising of the standard deduction for everyone, the rich included. It doesn't benefit me directly but it sure does simplify record keeping. It also makes more people honest in that they don't claim questionable deductions. Of course if congress doesn't do something by next year, the standard deduction as well as the tax rates reverts back to pre2017 levels.

I am still angry that the Trunp Tax Act of 2017 cut the corporate tax rate from 35% to 20% as a permanent cut. It also lowered the tax personal tax rates screwed to help the rich. Those cuts will expire next year.
True Fiscal conservatives should be outraged at the corporate greed and favoring the wealthly.
