Last time I checked, folks are being prosecuted daily for indulging their chemical addictions. What planet do you live on?

Illegal is illegal, Addiction is an illness. And babies can be born addicted if mother used during pregnancy.

I just had to check my date, making sure I am in the right year, 2014. The times, they are a changing. Lesbians and h*mosexuals have been on this earth for a very long time and they are not leaving, they are here to stay

Now, most h*mosexual personalities begin before birth as I have stated before in this thread. MOST lesbians begin before birth for the same reasons. Not all h*mosexuals and lesbians were created before birth. Being in unhappy heterosexual relationships have pushed same sex relationships. Pain of the heart can cause many things. I have wondered if a lesbian relationship would be a more loving and accepting, caring relationship. Who knows? I have always been heterosexual and I have never wanted to be a lesbian. But being curious has sparked some thoughts about the "mind and heart" type of relationship it would be. I just don't think I could have a sexual lesbian relationship. Some of you will understand this comment, others will knock me down and kick me in the ribs. It's ok, These are my thoughts and what others think of me isn't important. Only what I think of me counts.

It's time to let others be who they are. As long as they are not personally hurting anyone, then what is the big deal?

1. Christians can be Christians

2. Jews can be Jews

3. All other religious people can be who they are

4. Non-Christians are who they are

5. Pray or don't pray

6. Heterosexual can be heterosexuals

7. Married couples (men+woman) can be who they are

8. Single people can be who they are

And as long as I can remember, cruising has always been around. I can remember doing it, can't you? Jack's was a wonderful place in my day.

Why can't gay and lesbians be who they are, without the persecution?

Why put them down for what they believe?

Is this a Christian behavior? To cast stones, judge, make hurtful comments, and treat others badly?

If it is, then I don't want to be the Christian I am. I thank God everyday for all the gifts of life He has given me. I am truly fortunate. God wants love, happiness, contentment for everyone. He understands. He knows who we are. He knows how we behave and think. We are ALL sinners. No one is exempt from this.

Haters will always be haters. Those who pass judgment on others because of their beliefs will always pass judgment. Angry people will always find something to be angry about. Negative people will always find almost every thing in life as negative. These types are more likely to have an opinion that is always right in their minds. To me, I feel sorry for these types, they will never be open to change. They are missing so much joy in life in my opinion.

THANK GOD I am not in this group. I will always be a happy person, content, positive, caring, giving, accepting, loving and thankful for who I am.

At one time in our nation's history, we had slavery because the majority of the people decided that since the Bible gave instructions on how to have and care for slaves, it was ok for our country to endorse and encourage owning and abusing fellow Americans. Our forefathers saw the possibility of the masses of the people not being morally correct and influences by peer pressure Jefferson was concerned by the fleeting opinions of the masses being so easily swayed, and set up our system of checks and balances so the minority would never have their constitution rights infringed upon without some proper redress. The Supreme Court being the final say. If the Four Supreme Court Justices, the conservative ones had chosen to hear the case to decide if they should overrule the cases, They could have done so. It would only have taken their 4 votes to have stayed the Federal District court rulings. Roberts, Scalia, Alito and Thomas, all of these were put into the court by Republican Presidents, and Kennedy who is considered the swing vote was put into the court by Reagan. So the Republicans have placed 5 out of the 9, so the Republicans places Justices are the majority and could control everything in the Supreme Court if they stood together. It was in the hands of ones endorsed and picked by the GOP and they decided not to act, thus agreeing to let the lower court ruling to stand, and in turn endorsing it by not stopping them.

Those pastors broke the law. If they didn't want to get targeted, than they shouldn't have broken the law.
