It tells you to not turn off the computer, but if it locks up with that message then you're forced to restart. Most of the time restarting will not cause any data corruption. If it does then you can come back and let us know, but I feel confident that you will be fine.

Mine was do that and the computer was so slow. I took it to Steve Johnson behind the YMCA. He fix it last year and the computer is still working good.

When I turned on my laptop it has a message that says "We couldn't complete the update Undoing changes Don't turn off your computer " It has kept running this message all morning and I can't do anything with it. What can I do to get it past this and start working again?
