Here's an easy Turkey Casserole that I do:

1 10.75oz can of Cream of Mushroom soup
1 10.75oz can of Cream of Celery soup
16oz container of sour cream
1 box of Stove Top stuffing (Turkey or regular)
As much shredded turkey as you can get (at least 2 cups)

Prepare the stuffing, and set aside.

Mix all of the other ingredients, then pour in to a casserole dish (I prefer a casserole bowl). Top with stuffing.

Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
