Always recommended to wear gloves when preparing hot peppers. But open some Vitamin E capsules and put the oil on your hands.

The acidity in those chili's get into the pores of your hand...its always best to use gloves when cutting chili's and also making salsa...

I know that eating them will make your mouth burn and I drink milk to cool it off !...maybe dipping them in milk may help...yes next time use gloves. !

Urgh, don't listen to these people. Toothpaste is WAY too expensive!

Plain old milk neutralizes the acid, almost immediately.

I don't see how it could burn unless you have open cuts on your hands......or very thin skin. Lol

Cover your hands in toothpaste. It will draw out the fire....not gel, but a paste.

My hands have been burning for a few hours, from cutting jalopeno's. Any advice on what I can use to stop the burning?
