Great with Fried-Chicken


Two c. Elbow macaroni
One small cucumber
One small onion
One large tomato
One tablespoon green peppers. Scroll down for all ingredients

Three tbsp. Mayonase
Three hard boiled eggs
One tbsp. Vinegar
Salt and pepper (as desired)

Add together all ingredients, chopping up everything as you desire. I like to chop everything up in small pieces. Stir until mixed. Put in frigerator until chilled.
