Simple and tastes great!


3-4 skinless chicken breasts, cut into small, bite-size chunks<br>1 10oz or larger bag of frozen broccoli florets<br>1 10.5 oz can of cream of mushroom (condensed soup)<br>3/4 cup of water (to mix with condensed soup)<br>1 tube of 10 or 2 tubes of 5 Grand's buttermilk flaky biscuits<br>Salt and pepper to taste. You can also add some banana peppers for a kick or on the side.<br><br>Optional: shredded low-fat cheese to top over biscuits

Heat oven to 400 F.<br><br>Stir soup and water together in a small bowl. Combine chicken, broccoli, soup, salt and pepper (or banana peppers) together in a c***erole dish. Bake for 45 minutes, uncovered.<br><br>Take out of oven and top with biscuits for the recommended time on package (usually 375 F for 5-7 minutes). If you want, you can top the biscuits with shredded cheese before baking.
